What’s can I except through JBAA corporate seminar?
A.
Once non-Japanese staff learn Japanese thinking and Japanese corporate culture, communication between Japanese and non-Japanese will go smoothly.

Where the corporate seminar is held?
A.
If participants are more than 5 people, the lecturer will visit your office. If participants are below 5 people, the seminar will be held at the designated place.

Can we request start/end time and date based on our schedule?

I am not available to take a class at the moment. I would like to next class. Can you please let me know next schedule?
A.
Please contact us via “inquiry form”. We will get touch with you once next schedule is fixed.
Q.
If I can’t attend the class due to my work, do you have a makeup lesson?
A.
We don’t have any makeup lessons at the moment. If you can’t attend the class, please have a self-study. If you have any questions, you can ask the lecturer.

I am in Penang. Do you have online lessons?
A.
Online lessons are not currently available.
JBAA certified exam
Q.
I won’t take 4th grade exam but can I take 3rd grade?
A.
Yes, you can.
Q.
I have not take seminar and class but can I take an exam?
A.
You can take an exam. In that case, self-study is required.
Q.
I would like to know about exam schedule. How often do you have exam annually?
A.
Please check our website. When date of 2nd public exam is fixed, we will let you know on the webliste.

What type of payment is accepted?
A.
We will inform you once you submit your application on the webside.
Q.
Exam will be held at Penang or other cities also?
A.
Unfortunately we have not decided yet.
